AMEN Ministry

meeting spiritual needs of special needs families

Why AMEN Ministry?

AMEN stands for Autism Ministry Exceptional Needs (or as some like to call it "Autism Friendly Church").

Autism is the fastest-growing serious developmental disability in the world. According to CDC 1 in 59 children are diagnosed with ASD in the US alone.

Autism is a condition that affects not only the person with autism, but the entire family.

90% of special-needs families are unable to attend church, because majority of churches are not equipped to receive them. Yet these are usually the families that need help and HOPE more than anyone. AMEN Ministry is specifically designed to cater to the spiritual & practical needs of these families.

Our vision is to provide spiritual encouragement and the opportunity for friendships! In our church we are not worried about the noises your child might make, because we are all in the same boat and we're in this together!

Dare to reach out your hand into the darkness, to pull another hand into the light. ~Norman B. Rice
